**Minimum Requirements**

Grade 12

Bachelor of Pharmacy

Intermediate computer literacy level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

**Job Related Requirements**

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance and Warehouse Management.

**Added Advantages for this role**

Previous management roles of more than two years.

**Main purpose of the role**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Duties include: - Management of QA team and ensuring daily duties for the team are adhered to as per the roster - Management of Self inspections or internal audits - Management of external audits by clients and regulatory authorities - Ensuring adherence with SAHPRA and SAPC regulations - Documentation and tracking of CAPAs and deviations - Management of spill kit records - Management of pest control - Ensuring calibration of scales and probes are done timeously and accurately by service providers - Management of house keeping for the warehouse - Ensure timeous and accurate completion ofwarehouse temperature and humiduty mapping
