Our client in the UK Real Estate industry is looking for a Bookkeeping Administrator who has strong attention to detail and a tertiary-level education with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar environment.

In this role, you will perform the Debtors function, issuing notices, and creating reports as necessary to support the overall Bookkeeping function of the business.

**Responsibilities**:(this list is not exhaustive)
- Debtors Function:

- Reconciliation of the PayProp account and approve payments to Landlords.
- Check for rentals that have not been received
- Continue to chase the tenants for rentals through to issuing pre court order action letters
- Stay in contact with Landlords until the rentals is 1 month in arrears
- Sending statements and invoices if requested by Landlords.**Admin Tasks**:

- Issuing Section 47/48, Section 3, Section 13, Section 21 & Section 8 notices and ensure these are signed off by senior staff member

**Bookkeeping**:

- Daily Xero reconciliation
- Approve Vat returns
- Quarterly management reports i.e. the profit and loss report.

**Qualifications and Key Skills**:

- Tertiary qualification
- Minimum of three years of previous experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Xero experience highly beneficial

**Hardware Requirements**:

- Own computer or laptop
- ADSL/Fibre chord
- Headphones for use with our VOIP system
- Antivirus installed
- UPS/Backup battery for load shedding

**WORKING HOURS**:
**09:00 - 18:00 UK Time**
