**Main purpose**:To act as the key interface between Human Capital and the business units and provide expert Human Capital consultative services across all levels of the SIU in implementation of Human Capital initiatives.

**Minimum qualification and experience**:B Degree or National Diploma in Human Capital Management. 3 years experience in Human Capital Management.

**Key performance areas (Include but not limited to)**: Implement Organisation Development and Change Management Interventions. HC Project Implementation. Implement Integrated HC Initiatives within the Broader Organisation.

**Technical skills**:Communication. Interpersonal. Problem solving and analysis. People and diversity management. Communication. Service Level Agreements. Coaching and mentoring. Process skills.

**Required knowledge and Behavioural (include but not limited to)**:Knowledge of performance management processes and systems. Knowledge of Organisation Design principles. Understanding of Corporate governance principles. An understanding of the strategic delivery requirements of the SIU. Accountability and ethical conduct. Attention to detail. Quality oriented. Judgment. Systems thinking. Deadline-oriented. Analytical ability. Task oriented. Prioritising. Professionalism. Positive attitude. Initiative.
