description
- Develop and manage marketing communications strategies and communication plans, partnering with Sales Team and Global brand teams in alignment with the company’s business objectives and growth ambition.
- Build and design brand and product communication campaigns, including the development/localization of all relevant messaging and content, from concept through completion.
- Monitor market trends and research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and critical issues.
- Lead marketing projects and coordinate (internal and external) resources to deliver high-quality, innovative marketing solutions on time and within budget. Developing a yearly calendar for all consumer-facing promotions
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, advertisements, videos, presentations, and digital content targeted to clients and prospects
- Ensure that communication and marketing initiatives, promotions, and activities are tracked and measured to determine their ROI and success.
- Develop, localize, and oversee content creation for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, blog, and other relevant online channels.
- Plan and control digital media campaigns, overseeing paid advertising campaigns and paid social and other CPA activities;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities and report on their results
- Localize brand global marketing materials and create local ones based on brand guidelines.
- Implement and control brand marcom activities in all communication channels with a focus on trade promotion - both online and offline
- Work with advertising and media agencies to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of marketing plans.
- Conduct customer (B2B) insights and shopper insights analysis, etc.
- Maintain and manage the consumer commercial model (sales-out).
- Manage the merchandising system from a marketing perspective
- Managing marketing budgets, reporting, and control of document flow
experience, qualifications and skills
- Degree in marketing management,
- 3+ years of marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing. Consumer industry experience is beneficial
- Practical experience in trade marketing with retail (online and offline) will be a plus
- Good understanding of digital marketing - online metrics and analytics tools;
- Comprehension of traffic sources, unique visitors, user paths, funnels, conversions, and attribution;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to manage relationships with diverse internal and external contacts effectively;
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
