Receptionist/Night Audit

Asara Wine Estate and Hotel situated in Stellenbosch has the above position available for a friendly, presentable, hardworking, and reliable individual

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Reception
- Night Audit procedures
- Welcoming and Greeting of Guests
- Checking-in of guests
- Review guest accounts and Payments
- Answering and Directing phone calls
- Admin tasks
- Night audit tasks
- Assisting with Bookings
- Assisting the front of house team in their duties

**Skills needed**
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) both with regards to interpersonal & telephone manners
- Languages: English, Africans, additional languages beneficial
- Computer savvy (Protel, Microsoft Office)
- Detail-orientated
- Ability to multitask, and prioritize
- Calm under pressure

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Matric
- Any further qualification in a hospitality setting will count in the applicant’s favour.
- Min 3 years’ Reception experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment.
