**Job Summary**

The individual oversees the management and performance of all sections and services to assure processes are in place and SOPs followed to meet deliverables, timelines and staying within budget.

**Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversees and enforces the operations policies, procedures, controls, and structures to ensure the safekeeping of assets, inventory, and resources
- Oversees and manages all GolfRSA projects
- Manages the elaboration of tournament schedules and sign off on final schedules
- Ensures GolfRSA’s good management of all physical resources including human resources
- Reviews member satisfaction reports
- Strives to improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Oversees an innovative tournament schedule and golf activities program that services all customer segments
- Reviews all reports from managers and provide feedback or take actions as required
- Ensures role clarity for all team members supported by signed off role profiles
- Empowers employees to provide excellent service
- Maintains a close working relationship with all stakeholders to ensure effective operations
- Ensure all operations and tournaments are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Closely works with the CEO to accomplish sponsorships as budgeted for, identify commercial opportunities, and realize these

**About You**
- Has five years’+ project management experience
- Approaches all projects with a commercial mindset
- Able to work on multiple projects at one time
- Sees the big picture and pulls all the fine detail together to make things happen
- Works well under pressure and is deadline driven
- Is a leader with strong communication skills
- Great team player and promotes teamwork
- Up to date on industry trends and able to hone knowledge for brand promotion via social media
- Great negotiator, facilitator, and conflict de-escalator

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Project Management, or similar relevant degree
- At least 5 years’ work experience as an Operational Manager
- Has proven experience with managing a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R50,000.00 - R70,000.00 per month
