We are seeking a passionate and creative intern to join our Social Media and Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the tech industry, working on real-world projects that make a difference. You will be involved in all aspects of our social media and marketing efforts, from developing content to analyzing results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments and messages
- Research and identify relevant trends and topics
- Assist with developing and implementing social media marketing campaigns
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics
- Support with event planning and execution (as needed)
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media and marketing trends

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, or related degree program
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to use them effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and resourceful, with a knack for generating ideas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A passion for technology and the tech industry

**Bonus points**:

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Experience with graphic design or video editing
- Experience in marketing or communications
- Familiarity with the South African tech industry
