**Attributes and Abilities Required**
- Proven previous administration experience (4 years)
- Proactive individual with an ability to manage own time effectively
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated
- Excellent prioritising and organisational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Possess good technical and IT skills (MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook)
**Experience and Skills Required**
**REGULATORY**:
- Be responsible for gathering client documents to ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Review documents for completeness, identify and resolve deficiencies, enter client information into the AML/KYC source systems.
- New FAIS/FICA Pack Preparation: Preparation of new documents ie. printing and binding, of new FICA packs and ensuring there were sufficient available.
- Responsible for periodic review process.
**SECURITIES**:
- Be responsible for accepting and documenting items into and out of securities.
- Be responsible for reorganising securities files and records in accordance with a specified filing system and standard. Entering client information held into the source systems.
**BANKING**:
- Capturing of instructions for the transfer of client funds in a timeous manner
- Maintenance of new and existing client accounts
- Adding of new clients and beneficiaries
- Setting up and maintenance of all standing instructions
- Closing of clients’ accounts
- Oversee the maintenance of all users
- Liaising with the necessary banking institutions on behalf of Ewing Trust Company
- Compiling of banking reports
- Insure that all existing and future clients are FICA and FAIS compliant
- To comply with any instruction given by the Directors, which is in the best interest of the client or the organisation
**GENERAL**:
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulatory standards, in terms of training provided.
- Play an important role in the successful execution of the Company's compliance mission.
- Provide general support to the different functions performed in Compliance and Banking.

**Education**:
- High School (matric) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- 4 years in a financial sector/ industry (preferred)
- 4 years in a similar position (preferred)
- 4 years in dealing FICA and FAIS (preferred)
