Our client is a leading real estate services business with operations throughout all major cities in South Africa. Representing both listed and private landlords, they provide bespoke property, facility, and sectional title management services to their clients. With capacity in their Gauteng based team, they are currently seeking an experienced Commercial - Sectional Title Portfolio Manager to join their business. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will take responsibility for the effective management of commercial portfolio of sectional title properties located within the Johannesburg region. Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Site inspections
- Attendance at Special General Meetings when required
- Meeting with the Body Corporate Trustees on a monthly or quarterly basis, including the taking and distribution of the minutes of the meeting.
- Presentation of comprehensive management packs at the Body Corporate trustee meetings.
- Preparation of monthly working budget projections.
- Preparation of annual budgets.
- Preparation of the AGM packs, attendance at the AGM where the Portfolio Manager will usually be required to chair the meeting.
- Sourcing of insurance quotes for the Body Corporate
- Obtaining replacement valuations for the Sectional Title Scheme

To qualify for this position, you will need to have tertiary diploma/degree and at least 3 years’ experience in property management looking after commercial sectional title schemes. You will also need to have a valid driver’s license, and you own reliable transport.
