In this role you will be reporting to a Property Manager with a large portfolio in and around Johannesburg.
Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

- Typing correspondence to Trustees and Directors
- Calculating and processing levies
- Sending out statements
- Preparing monthly board packs
- Assisting with maintenance issues
- Reconciliations and processing adjustments
- Lease administration
- Preparing for AGM’s

To qualify for this role, you will need 3 years of commercial sectional title experience, a property or finance related qualification, 2 years of experience using MRI and a keen eye for detail.
