Netsuite Support Consultant

This role can be based in either Gqeberha at our Walmer Offices or in Cape Town at our Richmond Park Offices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and advice to internal users on the Netsuite system, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and diagnose technical issues related to the Netsuite system, and provide solutions to resolve them.
- Communicate with internal users to understand their requirements and provide guidance on how to best utilize the Netsuite system to meet their needs.
- Work with the IT team to implement new features and modules within Netsuite, ensuring that they are integrated with other internal systems as required.
- Collaborate with internal users to develop and maintain documentation on system processes and configurations, and keep up-to-date with new features and updates to the Netsuite system.
- Provide training to internal users on how to use the Netsuite system effectively, including creating training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Work with external Netsuite support providers to escalate and resolve issues when necessary.

**Role Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Netsuite implementation, support, and administration.
- Strong technical skills in Netsuite, including knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, and other Netsuite tools and technologies.
- Experience with Netsuite ERP, CRM, and/or eCommerce.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with users at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Netsuite certifications preferred.
- Commercial awareness, understanding market trends, company business, competitor markets
- Facilitation Skills and experience
