About Us:
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Answer the switchboard appropriately.
- Put calls through to the relevant staff members
- Take messages and make sure that they are delivered to the person concerned.
- Welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Direct visitors to the correct destination
- Check visitors’ access to the building.
- Keep the entrance and reception area tidy and respectful at all times.
- Coordinate the Office Orderly and cleaning of the offices
- Know the movement of staff in and out of the building.
- Provide general administrative support and perform certain administrative duties as requested by other staff members.
- Keeping the company telephone list up to date and distributed to staff as and when necessary.
- Arranging for packages and documents to be couriered or delivered on request.
- Receiving and distributing the post, packages, and documents arriving in the office.
- Keep the Reception storeroom neat,
- Perform any other lawful duties within reason as may be requested by management from time to time.
- Be a support to the workshop supervisor and the buyer.
- Assist the buyer with documenting the job cards and breakdowns
- Liable for all administrative activities of the workshop
- Housekeeping - Ensure all work areas are kept clean
- Toolbox Meeting
- Record minutes of Toolbox Meeting
- Open & close repair/service/breakdown jobs,
- capture all hours to ensure all priority and non-priority jobs are allocated and being driven to completion,
- Responding to customer inquiries about plant, machinery, and tool hire
- Pro-actively promoting the company at all times
- Developing professional relationships with internal and external clients
- Maintaining and exceeding company targets
- Setting up customer hire contracts

Qualification and Experience:
2-4 years' experience as an office administrator

Matric/grade 12

A relevant degree/diploma

Computer Literacy

Drivers licence advantageous

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
