**Responsibilities**:

- Attending to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to conduct a sale
- Assist a colleague incase he/she needs assistance. This will strengthen and unite the team.
- Follow all company regulations and KPI policy.
- Honestly and accurately fill out and hand in all sales management forms and reports in good time.
- Maintain and be responsible for any company property handed to them.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Be clear on all transaction conditions i.e. prices, stock, delivery to avoid any inconveniences on both the client and the company's ends.
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
- Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock.
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the office for soft copy processing
- Handle and deal with all clients concerns courteously, politely and in a timely fashion.
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
- Advising on future buying trends back to the company.
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
- Any other task assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge and atleast 3 years sales experience in Glass Manufacturing Industry
- Education background: Diploma and above
- Good communication skill and team player
