**What we are looking for**

Exceptional Brand Ambassadors with a professional attitude and disposition; passionate about your customers and the cars you sell. You will interact with customers as they arrive, answering basic questions they may have and directing them to the appropriate department. You will be responsible to pre-dominantly support walk-in customers.

This is a customer service role rather than a sales position, but you are required to engage with prospective walk-in customers and support them by showing vehicles, taking test drives and guiding customers on our processes - hence you need to learn these processes and be able to think on your feet. Our sales team does rely on you to provide a welcoming environment and exceptional experience to each customer and an effective hand over to sales wherever necessary. Your objective is to reduce the load that walk in customers put on the sales team over the weekends.

You must have excellent communication skills, a professional in all respects and the ability to work with customers of all types whilst providing a superior quality of service all of the time.

**Required Duties**
- Welcome and check-in clients as they arrive
- Guide and explain processes to prospective Sales customers
- Provide advice or direct clients to the appropriate department or to show them the vehicle(s) they are interested in
- Attend to client requirements (this includes test drives, correspondence, etc)
- Co-ordinate between internal stakeholders - Sales, Finance, Acq and Recon/Delivery
- Effectively hand over each Saturday the list of prospects you have created
- Identify and Flag risky transactions and communicate these to Compliance

**Minimum requirements**
- University Student (2nd year and upwards)
- Experience in some retail environments (like waitering / clothing etc)
- English spoken and written
- Applicants fluent in additional languages (Xhosa; Zulu; Afrikaans) would be given preference
- Contactable references
- No criminal record
