**What we are looking for**

You will need good communication skills and a professional demeanour. You will need a fine eye for detail and you must be able to work in a highly pressurised environment; and you must have the confidence to say no and only commit to realistic timeframes and outcomes. If you don’t like stress and cannot handle conflict this role is not for you.

**Required Duties**
- Objective: Ensure every vehicle is delivered on time and in the condition that meets the GW quality standard (hence client expectation) for the vehicles relevant tier classification
- Inspect and quality control reconditioning work to ensure that it meets brand standards
- Coordinate, plan and schedule vehicle deliveries with the service providers
- Coordinate, plan and schedule vehicle deliveries with the sales department
- Ensure all vehicles have a valid roadworthy
- Complete and compile getWorth pre-delivery checklist as evidence of quality control
- Generate progress reports to give to sales department
- Make quick decisions using sound judgement that is fair and rationale
- Work independently and is highly detail orientated
- Strong admin & multi-tasking skills - if you cannot multitask and reprioritise quickly this role is not for you
- Someone that enjoys being the first to work and last to leave

- Provide an 11- star customer service experience (convenient, transparent, professional)
- Continuously assess and challenge the systems and processes to improve these

**Minimum requirements**
- Categorised: Operational role
- EE Applicants given preference
- Grade 12 plus a minimum of 5 years work experience in a vehicle detailing, quality control or retail delivery environment
- Beneficial: Vehicle technical qualifications or experience
- Valid Driver’s license (code 08) and own transport
- English spoken and written
- Contactable references
- No criminal record

**Salary Scale & Benefits**
- R150 000 Cost to Company per year
- Business Incentive Scheme in addition
**Working Hours**
- Operational Roles are required to work a six-day (45 hour) week which includes Saturdays
- Public holidays will be worked as scheduled (on rotation)
- Non-Operational Roles are required to work variable hours often outside of standard working hours and this can include Weekend and/or P
