Break new grounds with Senwes. **Responsibilities**: - **Administration Management** - Responsible for leave planning and management of all branches. - Responsible for stock take planning and management. - Manage overtime of all branches. - Manage trip claim sheets. - Manage shift rosters according to operating hours, public holidays etc. - Responsible for the succession planning and personal development set-up for all branches in collaboration with Branch Managers. - Manage SPDS goal setting and reviews. - Responsible for staff compliment management (P9; P38). - Management of trading hours according to public holidays, seasonal demands etc. - Ensure all branches are ready for business (in collaboration with Branch Managers). - Manage maintenance issues - refer to Operations Manager or contact relevant stakeholders to resolve issues. - Responsible to attend interviews for all Branch Managers; Admin Managers and Warehouse Managers. - Responsible for the set-up and coordination of mystery marketers. - **Responsible for GAP analysis** - Identify inefficiencies in operational processes by means of handling queries from employees, clients or any relevant stakeholders. - Facilitate seamless communication between branches and head office, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure alignment and cohesion across all levels of the organisation. - Analyse key performance indicators related to branch employees' core responsibilities and provide recommendations regarding redundant positions, optimal staffing levels, and other relevant workforce adjustments." - **Streamline and Coordinate branch related activities and queries** - Handle and resolve escalated problems at the branches and only refer high level issues to specialists or Exco team. - Responsible to resolve client queries and complaints. - Ensure the branches' culture are aligned with Hinterland's action plans and that momentum is maintained, in collaboration with Human Resources. - Coordinate Employee Forum meetings of all branches, analyse minutes, resolve any issues or escalate to relevant manager or specialist. - Oversee that Toolbox talks are executed at all branches. - Handle all communication and coordinate all activities between branches and head office - only refer high level issues to management. - Follow up on all requests not submitted. - Handle all queries or problems from other divisions - only refer high level issues to management. - **Responsible for Reporting** - Compile a monthly report on all matters related to the tasks listed above, providing management with a high-level overview. - Requirements - Bachelors degree in Business Administration; Management or related field. - 5 Years experience in administrative management. - Experience in an Agricultural Retail environment essential.
