**Descriptions**:

- Responsible for the full bookkeeping functions up to Trial Balance
- Processing of journals, cash flow and cash book entries
- Responsible for the control of Petty Cash
- Responsible for reconciling Customer invoices and payments received
- Preparing information for AFS and liaising with Auditors
- Processing of manual delivery notes and invoices to the Customer
- Responsible for the receiving of stock from Gauteng onto the system and updating the stock levels
- Ensuring that all stock items are allocated accurately and timeously
- Responsible for overseeing stock levels and ensuring stock is replenished timeously by regularly checking stock levels and communicating with Gauteng
- Ensure that orders are delivered timeously to the Customers in the Cape Town area
- Responsible for processing of purchase orders and Supplier invoices
- Reconciling Suppliers orders, invoices, and payments
- Processing of weekly and monthly payroll on Pastel Payroll
- Processing of Statutory Returns, i.e., VAT201, EMP201, UIF, EMP501, MEIBC, Return of Earnings, CIPC, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a Grade 12 (Matric)
- Code 8 Drivers License
- Must be able to communicate with others using verbal and written communication
- A minimum of 5 years general office administration (including accounting, payroll and/or stock administration experience)
- Must be able to work with numbers accurately
- Must be proficient in English
- Must have attention to details and accuracy
- Must have good organisational skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office, Pastel Accounting / Payroll (although experience/knowledge in similar programs will be considered)
