**Responsibilities**

Assist the Directors with Ad Hoc tasks, Managing calendars & Diaries.

Assisting with Key customers.

Assist in invoice & sales area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally

Team player with initiative, ability to prioritize, multi-task without sacrificing attention to detail, and thrive in fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational, project management, communication, and follow-through skills are required.

Customer service focus

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The position requires a lot of learning to become independent in the role. Therefore the position starts at a low salary bracket of R7000 per month gross until you prove yourself, after 3 months of successful growth and adding value to the company by working independently your salary will be adjusted to in line with market related salaries of R9 000-R14 000 gross. Medical aid benefits will only be considered after 2 years of dedication to the company.

Polygraph testing will be carried out if you have a successful interview
- background checks on substances abuse, theft, employment history, dismissal, if blacklisted before employment is offered.

**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R14,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Work at a fast pace
- Attention to detail

The position requires a lot of learning to become independent in the role. Therefore the position starts at a low salary bracket Until you have learnt all 6000 products.. Medical aid benefits will only be considered after 2 years of dedication to the company.
