Sales Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets.
- Collect, process, and analyze sales data to drive decision-making and strategy.
- Oversee sales operations for both large and small orders.
- Work closely with BBBEE SMMEs and government clients, leveraging previous experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Facilitate the hiring and onboarding of new clients.
- Collaborate with other management teams to ensure cohesive operations.
- Maintain accountability for the branch, staff, and departmental performance.
- Develop and manage sales processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Solve problems proactively, ensuring smooth sales operations.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and metrics to senior management.
- Travel as required to meet with clients and attend business meetings.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales management role, particularly in managing sales teams and order facilitators.
- Strong background in data collection and processing.
- Experience working with both large and small orders.
- Familiarity with BBBEE SMMEs and government clients is a plus.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Demonstrated management attributes, including accountability and leadership.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other management teams.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: R22 500,00 - R25 000,00 per month
