MUST HAVE SECTIONAL TITLE EXPERIENCE
- Supervising on site contractors and staff (Gardening, Security, Cleaning, Maintenance Contractors, General Workers, Assistants etc.)
- Inspecting the common property, including lights, electric fencing, access control infrastructure, CCTV infrastructure, or any other common property equipment on site.
- Sourcing, Booking and Supervising contractors, based on the instruction/approval of the Board of Directors, to repair, maintain or replace common property infrastructure.
- Ensure all minor maintenance tasks are completed within the estate eg, door handles, shelves, painting, tiling, carpeting, leaks, putting up blinds etc
- Deal with all customers with courtesy and promptness at all times
- Arrange and attend to induction sessions with all newly registered owners.
- Arrange and attend meetings with suppliers, clients & shareholders, as required.
- Be available after hours in case of any on-site emergencies, telephonically or physically, as required.
- Keep and update an Asset Register for all common property equipment/assets.
- Fault finding and troubleshooting on general maintenance-related issues.
- Any other reasonable duties required by the Board of Directors or Line Manager.
- This position entails a lot of time on your feet/walking around/climbing stairs/carrying items/crutching

**Salary**: R20,000.00 per month
