**Your Responsibilities**:

- Managing your own diary and attending all valuation and viewings appointments.
- Agents are responsible for signing sales mandates with clients, managing individual relationships, and negotiating transactions.
- Agents are responsible for their own specific geographical area and choosing their own working day, with the freedom to conduct business irrespective of area.
- Working with our dynamic marketing team, our Agents have access to the best technology, marketing, and supporting systems in the industry.
- Motivation by exceeding expectations whilst keeping the customer’s interests at the heart of every action.
- Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a Fidelity Fund Certificate (non-negotiable); and
- Must have own transport, computer, and cell phone; and
- Strong negation and interpersonal skills; and
- Good knowledge of local property/trends; and
- Self-motivated and deadline-driven; and
- Time Management; and
- Operating with integrity; and
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset is critical; and
- Prospective agents should have the ability to build and maintain relationships; and
- Agents must maintain structure daily and be disciplined about completing tasks.

**Salary**: R300,000.00 - R500,000.00 per year
