Your Responsibilities

¨ Managing your own diary and attending all valuation and viewings appointments.

¨ Agents are responsible for signing sales mandates with clients, managing individual relationships, and negotiating transactions.

¨ Agents are responsible for their own specific geographical area and choosing their own working day, with the freedom to conducting business irrespective of area.

¨ Working with our dynamic marketing team, our Agents have access to the best technology, marketing, and supporting systems in the industry.

¨ Motivation by exceeding expectations whilst keeping the customer’s interests at the heart of every action

¨ Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market.

**Requirements**:
¨ Minimum of 2 year’s experience in the property industry

¨ Own transport, computer and cell phone

¨ Strong negation and interpersonal skills

¨ Good knowledge of local property/trends

¨ Self-motivated and deadline-driven

¨ Time Management

¨ Operating with integrity

¨ A strong entrepreneurial mindset is critical.

¨ Prospective agents should have the ability to build and maintain relationships.

¨ Agents must maintain structure daily and be disciplined about completing tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: R200,000.00 - R500,000.00 per year
