Role Purpose

Provide reporting and administrative support to various BBBEE functions.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Labour Law or Commerce
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the fulfilment of the requirements of the BBBEE scorecard by collaborating with the relevant stakeholders to accurately record and maintain supporting documentation.
- Assisting with gathering data to compile and submit BBBEE reports for annual verification purposes in line with Momentum Metropolitan requirements and standards.
- Review and maintain the completeness and accuracy of data submitted by business for Momentum Metropolitan’s B-BBEE scorecard.
- Support and track the implementation of the EE, SD, and B-BBEE on a monthly basis to ensure the continued measurement and achievement of the plans.
- Support the annual reporting process for EE, SD and B-BBEE.
- Provide guidance and support business in ensuring that documentation related to compliance and reporting is readily available and in line with expectations.
- Build quality relationship with Department of Labour, Department of Trade and Industry; BBBEE Verification Agency, etc to enable the achievement of Transformation and B-BBEE targets.
- Assist with B-BBEE audit meetings and provide support to the sample divisions audited.
- Assisting with compiling accurate portfolios of evidence for various Transformation audits and submit to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain transformation monitoring and reporting measures, systems and procedures.
- Accurately capture information on templates and systems to ensure data is readily available and enables Momentum Metropolitan Transformation practices.
- Ensure all documentation complies with the requirements of the B-BBEE legislation and regulations
- Assist and support the implementation of Transformation initiatives across Momentum Metropolitan.
