Regional Brand Activations Manager

**Job Description**:
- Administrative activity campaign tracking and reporting, supplier onboarding and liaison, financial record keeping and reporting (credit card spend), weekly online team meetings, monthly review meetings, weekly travelling between precincts as needed.
- Driving the implementation and negotiations of strategic marketing plans on a regional level, in B2C and B2B. With the assistance of the Brand Activations specialist. Identify partnerships and potential where we can grow the brand and grow the orders and use this to push penetration. Identifying and check on new area-based marketing opportunities including but not limited to: (car wash negotiations, restaurants, coffee shops, neighbourhood walls, take away concepts, co-branding, sports days, festivals, butcheries and so forth.)
- Identify strategic partners & negotiate trade exchange deals to maximize exposure (radio, newspapers, local suppliers) to drive area penetration.
- Activate on ground with activations staff and lead by example at activations.
- Support the Head of activations and local Activations specialists across the organization to achieve targeted growth per market segment.
- Manager and track the weekly penetration specialist in all your allocated precincts and put clear plans in place with team members for nonperforming areas.
Job Skills
- Have ability to organize, prioritize, multitask and work independently with little supervision.
- Be adaptable in fast-paced environments while remaining proactive and efficient.
- Have the ability to learn and use industry-specific software and reporting tools.
- Relevant experience in marketing, in FNO & ISP field
- Present a positive image, embody leadership qualities and promote Frogfoot with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Display signs of being a self-motivator as well as having a sense of urgency.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Creative, out of the box thinker
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 year Brand activations experience
- Previous experience within the FNO & ISP environment
- Previous sales & negotiations experience required
- Portfolio of evidence
- Excellent communication/people skills, sense of humor, willingness to learn,
- research skills put of the box thinking, and writing skills.
- Must be able to travel and be away from home
- Self starter and motivator thats trustworthy in a environment that is not office based
