Job Description:

  1. Responsible for brand promotion planning and execution for the South Africa region of XCMG International Business Headquarters, coordinating key customer summits and major exhibition activities in the South Africa region.

  2. Develop and implement brand positioning and strategies for key product lines to enhance market influence.

  3. Coordinate resources from product, operations, design, and advertising agencies, fully utilizing the brand resources of the group, business units, and suppliers to efficiently promote brand marketing projects.

  4. Assist the department head in advancing other key tasks.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with good English communication skills.

  2. Work Experience: Over 3 years of project creativity and planning experience in the heavy industry or well-known manufacturing sector.

  3. Professional Skills: Familiar with brand management, marketing, social media, and advertising operations, with excellent brand planning and creative abilities.

  4. Other Requirements: Strong writing, communication, and expression skills; team-oriented spirit; alignment with company culture.

  5. Must be able to reside in South Africa long-term and have legal work status.

  6. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
