**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and maintain relationships between financial advisors and the business.
- Responsible for turnaround times of advisor queries or complaints with the business’s internal departments.
- Assist new brokers with onboarding processes and facilitate training on products and services.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of the company's products or services.
- Responsible for marketing the insurer’s select product range to advisors.
- Ensure that advisors are updated on all new products or product enhancements.
- Technical training on products and services.
- Understand advisors’ requirements and success metrics and report on results.
- Ensure adherence to business and statutory requirements.
- Ensure alignment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Matric (Grade 12)
- At least 5 years of experience in the Financial Services or Life Assurance industry in a sales and/or service-related role.
- Proficient in English (Afrikaans would be advantageous)
- RE1/5 would be advantageous.
- A Marketing/ Management Diploma will be an advantage.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
