Field Service Supervisor

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for implementing the regional sales plan and ensuring contract profitability.
He/she will focus on customer accounts with the Account Managers for profitability and to control payments reliability as well as customer satisfaction. The mission is to manage the Field Service Consultants in order to ensure growth objectives and ensure they know and understand AL products and offers.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate Field Service Consultants’ actions
- Define priorities according to sales plan and ensure coordination within provincial functions.
- Develop business knowledge, perform business analysis, record competitor activity and compile financial/executive summaries.
- Meet key customer decision-makers, develop contacts and relationships, and create trust.
- Define weekly and monthly objectives for number and quality of visits to existing and potential customers, gas volume and turn over of new contracts signed, number of new opportunities detected, number of new opportunity qualified and number of lost customers.
- Elaborate the sales objectives, resources and focused actions on a monthly basis and based on sales plan.
- Define profitability objectives according to entity objectives and analyzes customers at risk and opportunities regarding payments, competitor threats and growth potential.
- Develop customer base in accordance with new business/product guidelines
- Develop new markets, update market survey information.
- Define targets for prospective and customer development roll out (new offers).

**Educational requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Management
**Experience**
- 4 years experience in Sales
- Previous experience in the Healthcare sector.
