**Minimum requirements**:**
- Proficient in CAD Software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Able to read and understand technical drawings

**Advantageous**:

- Basic understanding of engineering or architectural principles

**Responsibilities**:
**Core Operational Duties**
- Coordinate and execute tasks according to priorities and project plans
- Adhere to schedules and maintain timelines
- Assist in the preparation of 2D and 3D CAD drawings for construction, engineering, or product designs.
- Modify and update existing drawings based on client or project requirements.
- Collaborate with project manager and designers to ensure accurate drawings are produced.
- Maintain and organize project drawing files and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project-specific guidelines.
- Conduct minor design adjustments and revisions under supervision.
- Work on multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of drawings.
- Be proactive in finding efficient ways to work
- Report on progress to the Projects Manager at various checkpoints

**People**
- Ensuring excellent service, and high standards, also welcomes guests, clients, and business partners upon arrival, informs them about their wait time, monitors their appointment times, shows guests/clients/business partners to their meeting room, and bids them farewell.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be result-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Team player and ability to show initiative at all times.
- Ability to work under pressure and still produce quality results timeously.
- Must prioritize and anticipate time frames and plan accordingly.
