**Essential Skills Requirements**:
- Demonstrated leadership and management competence.
- Strong communication and argumentation skills.
- Proficient in business writing and report generation.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
**Advantageous Skills Requirements**:
- Technical product knowledge.
- Experience in problem management and escalation.
- Familiarity with Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, 5S & Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of our clients Group processes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Familiarity with Q-methods in the Parts Quality environment.
**Qualifications/Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of experience in a technical environment.
- Further education in Quality Management is advantageous.
- Several years of experience in engineering and quality processes, preferably within the automotive industry, with a focus on supplier management and process improvement.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that parts within your designated spectrum meet the highest standards of quality and are ready for series production. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Setting and maintaining quality targets for start-up and series production.
- Managing preventative quality assurance measures.
- Analyzing and addressing quality-related challenges and making informed decisions for containment and corrective actions.
- Leading defect eradication processes and ensuring timely resolution of non-conforming material.
- Initiating and supporting the escalation process when required.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across departmental quality gates.
- Leading and guiding your team to achieve tasks and targets effectively.
