**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan and work towards sales targets and budgets.
- Oversee all new clients towards adhered service delivery.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the agreed period.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyse the territory /market potential and track sales and status reports.

- Supply management with required reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, etc.
- Potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Serve as a link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve customer issues and problems and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers promptly.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of critical customer needs and requirements.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing customers
- Identify stores and assist in arranging and executing promotions in these stores
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Conduct market research and product analysis of market trends along with the team
- Conduct pricing research and competitive reviews from time to time, and keep in touch with market trends
- Liaise with Key people within the organization to drive sales
- Support and liaise with telesales where necessary
- Analyse the territory/markets’ potential, track sales, and status reports
- Supply management with feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Identify stores and assist in arranging and executing promotions in these stores
- Timeously give feedback on the planned actions for the week
- Timeously give feedback on the actions taken the previous week
- Timeously hand in fuel claims, correct and detailed

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric
- Computer literate
- 5+ Years Proven work experience as Sales Representative
- Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing or relevant qualification
- Able to travel to meet with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Own Vehicle
- FMCG experience

**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**
- Ability to work without supervision
- Assertive
- Ability to work under pressure
- Communication skills
