- A company selling laboratory equipment requires a Senior Sales Representative to join their team. The Senior Sales Representative will cover the Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, and North-West areas, as well as neighbouring African countries on occasion. The duties will include, but are not limited to, pro-actively promoting and selling a range of products, as well as maintaining customer relationships within the region; managing current key accounts and developing new business; maintaining sales and services and implementing all sales and marketing strategies for a range of products; arranging client meetings; conducting demonstrations on equipment to customers when required; attending to customer’s enquiries and resolving all issues professionally; researching and driving strategies to develop the market; compiling quotations and following-up on orders; drafting and presenting product related presentations at seminars and exhibitions as required; meeting sales targets; identifying areas of growth within the region and identifying possible strategies to enable this; building and maintaining relationships with existing customers; and attending all product training as required.
- Key Requirements:

- BTech or BSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Microbiology and 5 years’ experience selling laboratory equipment. A valid driver’s license is required.
