A company in the IT industry based in Randburg is looking for a Sales Representative

**Sales Representative**

**Role Purpose**

Drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships, converting qualified leads, and ensuring customer retention through consultative selling and tailored solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Core Functions**:

- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demos (onsite and virtual).
- Develop proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline progress.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.

**Support Functions**:

- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
- Participate in product training and continuous learning.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field from a recognized South African institution.
- Additional certifications in Sales Techniques, Negotiation, or CRM systems advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in Information Technology or services).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Behavioral Competencies: Resilience, adaptability, and consultative selling approach.
- Other: Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Performance Metrics
- Add R250k in new monthly recurring revenue per quarter (≈R80k/month).
- Close 4-6 MSP deals per month (average R15k-R20k each).
- Maintain 25-30% conversion rate from qualified leads.
- Minimum 10 client meetings per week.
- Ensure 80% retention of new clients over 12 months.
- 100% CRM compliance and timely reporting.

Pay: R18 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month
