We are looking for a people centric individual, who is highly organised and likes galvanising and rallying people together to create a community.

In this permanent role, you would ensure the effective running of the office, creating an environment which attracts individuals to spend more time in the office, creating events to bring teams together, and work with the marketing manager to activate internal marketing initiatives and build brand awareness internally.

We are looking for someone that can assist in creating a relational environment where individuals feel they can bring their authentic whole selves, where they can be productive and also be connected to others.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategies to drive employee engagement and create a positive work culture.
- Plan and execute both physical and online events, such as team-building activities and other social events, to foster a sense of community among employees.
- Create and manage wellness programs that will benefit the employees.
- Assist with onboarding and inductions for new employees.
- Serve as a liaison between the office and other departments, communicating regularly with the leadership team to ensure that the office is aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
- Point-of-contact for Graduate Recruitment. Manage relationships with partnering universities, attend career fairs and collaborate with Marketing to deliver graduate campaigns.
- Running and managing the Open Box campus and office staff effectively.
- Being part of the marketing team, particularly focusing on internal brand awareness and internal marketing campaigns. This would include managing the internal social media and intranet sites.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management.

- Degree / Diploma with a specialisation in Human Resources/business management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within office management, employee wellness and engagement or a related field.
- Experience planning and executing events and employee engagement programs - both virtually and physically.
