**Who we’re looking for**
**We’re looking for a full-time Executive Assistant.** Your key responsibility will be to support our Managing Director as he leads our growing and multi-regional team.
**What your role looks like**
Reporting into our Managing Director, this role will be responsible for managing travel, administrative and calendar tasks. You will be an integral part of the team and highly competent resource for the MD and will assist in making each work day run smoothly.
From time to time, you may be involved in key projects that will require you to collaborate across multiple departments in both the Yuppiechef Group and Mr Price Group of companies. You will be effective if you actively maintain and develop relationships built on trust with both internal and external stakeholders
You will be responsible for daily administration, calendar management, travel coordination as well as ad hoc event and project management.

You are an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record in working in fast paced and fast changing organisations. You are dynamic and love connecting with others to make processes and systems work. You have a love for a coordinated and clear event/ as well as a stickler for accurate and detailed work.

**You will have had**
- 4-8 years experience in a similar, highly confidential role
- Events management, project management and general office management experience
- Worked in a tech based environment
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to proactively solve problems and think quickly on your feet
- Willingness to pitch in with diverse tasks

**Pay and Benefits**:
- We pay competitive, market-related salaries based on skills and experience, and profit share based on the company's performance
