**Job Title: Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer**

Job Brief

Urang manages over 400 Residential and Commercial blocks across London and continues to expand as a
result of recommendations from clients and lessees who are happy with the attention they receive from our
management team. Urang also offers a property management service for landlords who let their property.

ease, so that our clients can be confident their buildings are managed with the utmost professionalism from
day one.

We are now looking to hire Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer who is looking for career development to
work alongside our finance team, you will be working with a team of Service Charge Accountants, Credit
Controllers, Accounts Administrators and Property Managers and will be reporting to the Senior Accounts
Payable & Receivable Officer.

**Responsibilities**:
Produce accounts payables reports and process payments via BACS and cheques
Dealing with teams of property managers on a daily basis and handling invoicing queries
Liaise with External Suppliers regarding any queries or payment discrepancies
Proof check all invoices details uploaded on the system are in accordance to company policies
Correspond with Insurer to ensure premium cover are settled in a timely fashion

**Requirements**:
Educated to a Degree Level
Bookkeeping experience
Strong communication and technical skills
Good knowledge of accounting systems as well as advanced MS Excel and Word Skills
Property accounting background desirable
Ability to meet tight deadlines and attention to details

Working Hours 09:00 to 18:00 - (3 days a week)
Salary equivalent to R17,000 to R20,000 pcm pro-rata (Depending on experience)
Contract - Permanent - (Part-time)
