Master Data and Process Analyst

**Overall Responsibility**:
**Focus Area 1**
**Master Data Management**
- Maintain master data management policies and procedures.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain data standards and governance practices.
- Maintain Central Repositories of Data and Policies.
- Responsible for maintaining User access and Roles with relevant software
- Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions to enhance data integrity.
**Focus Area 2**
**Business Process Optimization**
- Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and workflows to increase operational efficiency.
- Technical: Implement processes in a no/low code solution integrating directly with ERP.
- Document and maintain detailed process documentation, including process flows, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
**Focus Area 3**
**Cross Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with IT and other departments to implement and optimize master data systems and technologies.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT for master data and process-related projects.
- Provide training and support to teams on master data management best practices and system usage.
**Requirements of the Role**
- BSc in Informatics or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Demonstrable skills making clear, intuitive, and customizable dashboards.
- Demonstrable technical ability.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset, open to challenges, and a strong team player.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to ensure efficient workflow management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
