**Salary**: R14,000 basic + commission (expected take home approx: R20 000)
Luxity, South Africa’s foremost authority in the purchase and sale of pre-owned, genuine luxury items, is in search of an accomplished store manager for our flagship location at Nelson Mandela Square. We seek an individual with a demonstrated history of boutique sales excellence, particularly with premium brands.

**Job responsibilities and duties**:
Effectively promote and sell luxury merchandise.
Lead and oversee a team of staff members.
Proficiently operate and manage Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Supervise and enhance the customer service experience.
Assess and address customer needs, queries, complaints, and preferences.
Ensure adherence to security standards within the store.
Handle general administrative tasks such as shift planning.
Enforce company policies and procedures diligently and consistently.

**Job qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent (Matric).
Professional and well-groomed appearance.
Minimum of three years’ experience in high-end boutique sales, preferably in a management capacity.
Proven track record of leading and managing a team.
Knowledge of luxury brands and products - training to be provided.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Strong references attesting to your performance in previous roles.
Completion of relevant management training certificates.
