**FUNCTIONS**:
Manage online product platform;
Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing product and manage product related requests from internal and external requestor groups;
Develop and own the product roadmap for the platform;
The product roadmap is created by analyzing and prioritizing projects, determining the product effort & negotiating the launch timeframes with

development teams;
Create functional specifications, conduct specification reviews with requestor groups and development teams and be the main contact for the specifications during the software development & implementation phases;
Interface with project management, UI and other functions to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts/launches;
Define, track & improve key product metrics & develop tests against those metrics;
Conduct competitive analysis to identify areas of opportunity & develop & maintain detailed & up-to-date analysis of the competitive landscape;
Continually review current products for additions or changes that help drive closer to company goals in order to achieve an outstanding product.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
2 to 4 years online product management including the creation of detailed functional specifications;
Excellent communication skills, incl the ability to present business & technical issues, ideas, & recommendations clearly in verbal, written & presentation formats;
Detail oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
Proven business, communication, leadership & teamwork abilities;
Proven ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams & to internalize new processes and developments in a highly dynamic industry;
High flexibility in work schedule.
