**PR & Communications Manager - Property**

R30 - 40 K per month + Comm/Incentives

The role encompasses Company reputation/brand management of upmarket Retirement Estate as well as issues and crisis management.

**Essentials**:
BA degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related discipline;
Minimum of 8 PR experience; of which 5 must be junior management level

Open to Ages 35 - 55

English home language

MUST live within 15kms of Randburg/Fourways/Northriding area
- Proven working experience in public relations management required and proven track record designing and executing public relations campaigns;
- Extensive knowledge of the South African media,, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the media sector, print and social media,
- Extensive experience in acting as a company spokesperson, comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews;
- Exceptional writing and editing skills;
- Strong understanding of reputation management and crisis communication;
- Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook and Twitter etc;
- Highly-motivated, committed, proactive, self-starter, action and results oriented communications professional;
- Flexible, able to role up her/his sleeves and lead by influence, with an unshakeable can-do attitude;
- Strong relationships management, friendly, approachable with excellent client service aptitude.
- Work with marketing management, project management and estate management to identify and address problems and causes of unhappiness experienced by clients and residents to enhance their level of satisfaction.
- Work with marketing and project management to implement solutions to problems experienced by clients and residents.
- Liaise with clients and residents on a continuous basis to determine their satisfaction or lack thereof.
- Work with project management to handover completed units to buyers, set appointments with clients for handovers, compile snag lists with clients and manage the completion thereof, and manage any clients might have concerning the completion of retention work in their units.
- Act as a link between the developer and the clients and residents to ensure positive relationships and client satisfaction
