Looking for an individual to provide high quality organizational, administrative and secretarial skills to the director and factory Manager of a company that specializes in Chemical Metal Cleaning, Electro-polishing and Electroplating. You will be working in collaboration with the director, managers and supervisors in order to provide the well-organized day-to-day operation and growth of the company. Opportunity of Full time position after 6 month contract.
Reporting to: Director and Factory Manager
Key Reponsibilities and Duties:
- **Record Keeping and Filing**: Organizing and maintaining office files and records, both physical and digital.
- **Office/Factory Supply Management**: Ordering and maintaining office/factory supplies.
- **Financial and Budgetary Support**: Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks - Quotation, invoicing, purchase order, tracking expenses, and managing budgets forecast. Assisting the accountant with queries and statements. This includes generating quotations and handling provident fund requests.
- **Office/Factory Maintenance and Operations**: Maintaining office systems, ensuring a clean functional workspace and maintenance service scheduling.
- **HR**: Performing HR tasks like onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records, weekly payroll, biometric system, provident fund, contracts, SEESA portal - SDL and training, and disciplinary action documentation. This includes tasks related to Employment Equity and Skills Development (WSP/ATR submission) in coordination with SEESA.
- **Data Entry and Management**: Entering and maintaining data in databases and spreadsheets as needed.
- **Reporting and Presentation Preparation**: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- **Scheduling**: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. This includes coordinating meetings with external partners.
- **Social Media**: Managing Facebook posts once a week.
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Atleast 3 years of administrative experience

- Available immediately
- Have to fully complete the Company Questionnaire
- Well Spoken, Bilingual
- Computer literate
- Excel, MS Office knowledge; G Suite (google docs and sheets)
- Excellent written communication
- Well organized, pays attention to details, fast learner, proficient
- Helpful and willing to go extra mile to get job done
- Must be able to work under pressure, be self-sufficient, friendly, to lead but respect and understand authority
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: R13 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month
