Support agro-processing research.
- Perform technology transfer in agro-processing.
- Implement safe agro-processing strategies in rural areas.
- Support in developing applicable project proposals.
- Compile internal/external progress reports.
- Supervision of agro-processing staff.
- Collaborate with appropriate ARC Institutes on designated projects.
- Comply with OHS regulations.

- Minimum Grade 12.
- Knowledge/experience in food processing operations and preservation techniques.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- General experience within research environment.
- Willingness to work in rural communities.
