Duties/Pligte- Processing, organising and summarising data using a variety of scientific, word-
- Providing technical support related to formulating online questionnaires and designing and implementing online teaching tools;- Scheduling and conducting interviews in person or virtually as per requirements of research projects;- Assisting with the formulation of transcripts and coding related to qualitative research projects;- Managing the daily activities of research projects, including procurement and processing invoices, including those related to equipment and services;- Maintaining the research group website and social media pages;- Liaising with collaborators and funders and providing assistance where necessary;- Writing and updating SOP's;- Assisting with literature searches;- Performing duties within the context of the Mission, Vision and Values Statement of Stellenbosch University.
Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes- Relevant Master's degree in social science or health sciences;- Two years' experience in human research (qualitative / quantitative) research;- Experience in online research and data analysis - Atlas/NVIVO;- Demonstrated expertise in writing and editing skills;- Demonstrated experience and expertise with MS Office and statistical software use;- The ability to multitask and work under pressure;- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication skills, strong client orientation and organisational skills;- A sense of responsibility and an eagerness to learn;- Initiative, the ability to prioritise work, and to work independently;- Accuracy in completing assignments and tasks;- Proper time management.
