KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and capturing of staff timesheets and rosters
- Managing, capturing and tracking of staff leave
- Monitor stores for excessive hours and overtime
- Gathering of new employee documentation
- Ensuring that the employment process is adhered to
- Loading of employee on software
- Gathering of information for staff deduction purposes
- Reports requested by management and or other departments
- Tracking probation employees and following up on performance
- Assisting payroll manager with staff reviews and anniversary reviews
- Handling staff queries
- Induction of employees from a payroll point of view
- Document management and filing
- Time & attendance
- Ad hoc duties requested by manager
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- 2 years administrative experience
- 2 years experience on time and attendance software
- Matric Certificate with good mathematics and English marks

- Time and attendance system: 2 years (preferred)
