**Job Advert Summary**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12 Certificate/Certificate in Office administration
- Possess good organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate (MS word, excel, outlook)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Managing the housekeeping of the Quality office.
- Ensure required quality documentation is readily available for the plants for each shift.
- Assist Quality staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, making copies and filing.
- Updating notice boards with quality department communications.
- Daily filling of records received from the plant and ensure documentation is filled in correctly.
- Assist the Quality department with documentation during Audit preparation.
- Compile reports on data received from the plants to the quality management.
- Assist the Quality department with any ad hoc duties from time to time.
