The Quality Controller will be responsible for and ensuring that the final product observes the company’s quality standards. Must be organized, methodical and professional with the experience necessary to take our products to the next level with respect to accuracy, security, and safety. The individual will be tasked with developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards the quality of our products, but also put in place a “quality culture,” in which all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing quality in both production and the finished product. Will be required to interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Responsible for maintenance of document management systems
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
- Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
- Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
- Oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Develop and maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
- Collect, compile and analyze statistical quality data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Identify operational training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards to ensure company-wide compliance
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions

Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Pay: R6 000,00 - R7 500,00 per month
