- The Change Management Consultant provides change management expertise and support to realise business transformation objectives. The role incumbent applies best practice Change Management techniques and methodologies that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance to ensure solutions are successfully implemented, and meet client and business requirements. The jobholder will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. The incumbent implements and co-ordinates the communication, coaching, impact assessment, training and support plans, using structured processes, sound methodologies and project management disciplines.**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - Degree in Industrial Psychology
- Preferred Qualification - Degree in Industrial Psychology and certification in Change Management programme
- Experience - Three years experience in business or human resources in a change management capacity
