A well known activations agency in the North is looking for a mid-weight **Traffic Manager **who will connect the team on both an operational point of view as well as a people point of view.

**The role is primarily responsible for**:

- Building, implementing, driving and supporting key operational efficiency and traffic management
- Ensure optimal efficiency of the team through creating, implementing and managing traffic systems, processes and procedures in the business
- Clear of output and deadlines
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business
- Set up and facilitate weekly status meetings to keep up-to-date with what is happening
- Manage the team and ensure that tasks and resources are allocated correctly and that deadlines are met
- Continuously improve operational management systems, processes and practices to

ensure that the workflow runs smoothly and that team members execute in the correct
manner within the necessary timeframes
- Check in with the team daily and ensure that they are on track with their tasks
- Manage the workflow and resources within the business
- Schedule and facilitate all internal meetings and brainstorming sessions to ensure that

client needs are met and adequate time is allocated to executing on a task
- Hold the team accountable and ensure that all deadlines are met and tasks are completed

to the required standard
- When a brief is submitted, the Traffic Manager needs to clearly understand the

requirements, allocate resources and set up all briefing and review dates based on the
required deadlines
- Ensure that the briefing processes are clearly defined and that all team members are

clear of output and deadlines.
- The Traffic Manager is expected to work closely with the all Managers to ensure that

projects are effectively delivered and that clients are happy
- Manage the Social/People Engagement of the business. This refers to planning and

overseeing birthdays, farewells and company functions**Mandatory**:
3-4yrs experience in traffic management
