We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and delivery-driven Freelance Traffic Manager to join our team and ensure seamless, standardised internal processes and the flawless, timely execution of every digital campaign and content asset. Role overview As a process-driven traffic manager, you will play a crucial role in co-ordinating the production lifecycle of all digital content (including social posts, video scripts, display ads, and website copy) across our creative, copy, and client teams. Your primary mandate is to establish, manage, and refine the workflow to ensure all digital projects and assets are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Your keen eye for detail, exceptional project management skills, and ability to proactively foresee and mitigate risks will be essential in maintaining the smooth, high-velocity flow of our digital production operations. This role requires absolute ownership of digital content delivery. Key responsibilities Process ownership : Design, implement, and rigorously manage the workflow between creative, copy, and client teams to guarantee predictable and timely delivery of all digital content and campaign assets. Risk mitigation and delivery assurance : Identify potential bottlenecks, delays, or deviations in the digital production schedule and implement proactive, decisive solutions to mitigate them, ensuring continuous progress and adherence to publishing deadlines. Accountability and standardisation : Ensure all operational processes and project protocols are meticulously followed, especially digital asset naming, final sign-off, and trafficking procedures. Hold teams strictly accountable for any delays or deviations, driving a culture of on-time delivery. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments to enhance productivity and efficiency. Provide clear, regular updates and reports on digital content status, highlighting delivery confidence and potential roadblocks. Qualifications and skills Proven experience as a traffic manager, project manager, or similar role in a digital marketing or creative agency, with a demonstrable history of managing high-volume digital content production and meeting strict deadlines. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, and a process-first mentality with a keen attention to detail. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative high-performance team environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple, complex digital content streams simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proficiency in project management software and tools, preferably Monday.com.
