In this role, you’ll manage social media interactions, source user-generated content, design eye-catching visuals, and stay on top of the latest social trends to drive engagement and build a loyal following. **Key Responsibilities**: - Engage with online communities and respond to social media queries promptly. - Manage influencer and athlete collaborations, ensuring quality content delivery. - Source and organize user-generated content (UGC) for brand use. - Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts and campaigns. - Schedule and monitor social media posts across multiple platforms. - Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights. - Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to optimize strategies. **What We’re Looking For**: - 2-3 years of experience in social media management or community engagement. - Proficiency with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram) and scheduling tools. - Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) for social media content. - Content creation skills (photo/video editing). - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Passion for social media, community building, and creativity.
