Are you someone who can:

- Work closely with broader Africa to Design and implement a digital lead strategy as part of FNB's broader business strategy.
- execute a digital strategy that increases market share, provides a client lead experience, and enhances FNBs brand positioning.
- Identify opportunities to digitise and automate manual and legacy processes for a customer first digital experience
- Drive the adoption of digital assets already deployed and identify possible enhancements to existing digital solutions based on customer needs.
- Initiate and coordinate the overall digital road map based on projects logged by segment
- Work cross functionally with technology teams, business teams and Project Management teams
- Assume responsibility for key operational processes including monitoring of analysis, development, implementation and customer usage and satisfaction.
- Identify problems in functional areas and formulate alternate solutions to resolve
- Influence the development of new practices that can be applied across the bank to achieve strategic goals

- Establish, align and manage target and budget goals for the Business Unit, whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency.
- Work to drive change management activities to ensure optimal adoption for change
- Work directly with the individual subsidiaries to influence and communicate across the business to minimise resistance to change
- Provide advice and support in the development and implementation of human capability within the team to achieve business results through continuous people development and mentoring activities.
- Participate in Group Forums (Exco’s, steerco’s) to ensure alignment with the rest of the Group as well as industry
- Work closely with IX risk to define and review the risk profile for deployed assets, manage critical risks and ensure resolution feedback to all relevant stakeholders
